Another hot summer day, with temperatures hitting triple digits, getting my daily walk in has become a real problem. I could join a gym or buy a treadmill, but both options are not really appealing to me. I like to be outside! Solution? Water walking. I found out that walking in chest high water for 30 minutes is about the same workout as walking for 60 minutes on cement sidewalks, and a whole lot cooler. So I headed over to Em's place and got my steps in. I raced my grandson across the pool...pretty slow. I'm sure the other people at the pool thought we were NUTS. Wanna learn more? Here's a link
